It was produced as one of the deliverables of a module co-funded by the European Commission through its Jean Monnet measure. The module's title was "EU Environmental Policy: Internal and External Dimensions" (EU ENVI), and it ran between September 2016 and August 2019 as a 60-hour course at the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Ljubljana. Its academic coordinator was Assoc. Professor Ana Bojinović Fenko.
