The first study presents tree increment at the annual level and the second one the changes of dendrometric parameters in the 5 year period. The results of both studies clearly show that monitoring of tree and stand increment should represent a task, unrestricted by the deadlines. We canobtain data clearly reflecting condition and increment trends of the most typical forest stands in Slovenia only by increasing the number of repetitions and monitoring the stands over a longer period of time"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"V članku sta predstavljeni raziskavi na področju rasti in prirastka, ki sta potekali v okviru intenzivnega spremljanja stanja gozdnih sestojev v Sloveniji. V prvi raziskavi je predstavljeno priraščanje dreves na letni ravni, v drugi pa spremembe dendrometrijskih parametrov v petletnem obdobju. Iz rezultatov obeh raziskav je jasno vidno, da bi moralo biti spremljanje priraščanja dreves in sestojev naloga, ki je ne bi smeli utesnjevati ozko postavljeni časovni termini.
