The goal was to find an optimum procedure for repair-welding die-casting tools for non-ferrous metals. Three series of samples with different welding parameters, different heat treatments and ageing were prepared: 48 samples all together. Metallographic examination was carried out and the microhardness in the weld metal and the heat-affected and unaffected zones of the parent metal was measured. The results show that maraging steel as a filler material is very suitable for repair welding. With the adequate selection of repair welding procedure the die-casting-tool lifetime can be extended"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Predstavljena je analiza in primerjava različnih zvarjenih vzorcev orodnega jekla. Cilj analize vzorcev je bil poiskati optimalni postopek reparaturnega varjenja orodij za tlačno litje barvnih kovin. Pripravljene so bile tri serije vzorcev z različnim vnosom energije pri varjenju, različno toplotno obdelavo in s staranjam. Skupaj je bilo tako pripravljenih 48 vzorcev. Opravljene so bile metalografske preiskave in izmerjene mikrotrdote osnovnega materiala, toplotno vplivane cone in deponiranega materiala. Rezultati kažejo, da lahko za reparaturno varjenje kot dodajni material uspešno uporabimo \"maraging\" jeklo.
