All are founded statistically. The FNA formula, used by Avesta Polarit, and the modified Schaeffler formula to compute the crack index are applied in Acroni. Although the FNA formula is usually used only for the calculation of delta ferrite in a heat, we proved that the FNA formula is more correlated with an occurence of short transversal cracks at the edges of the stainless-steel heavy plates than the crack index and that the correlation of the FNA formula with short longitudinal cracks is almost negligible. In the last section we tried to derive Cr and Ni equivalent formulae only by speculation. For this reason we had to adopt two hypothesis about the influence of substitutional and interstitial atoms on the physical properties of steel. Vse so dobljene statistično. V Acroniju uporabljamo za izračun FNA formulo, ki jo navaja Avesta Polarit, in za izračun indeksa razpokljivosti modificirano Schaefflerjevo formulo, kot jo navaja Schrewe. Čeprav je FNA navadno namenjena le za izračun delta-ferita v jeklu, smo pokazali, da je to število bolj povezano s pojavom kratkih prečnih razpok na robovih nerjavne debele pločevine kot indeks razpokljivosti. Veliko manj je vrednost FNA povezana s pojavom vzdolžnih razpokic. V zadnjem razdelku smo poskusili izpeljati formuli za oba ekvivalenta na spekulativen način. Za to smo morali privzeti dve hipotezi o vplivu atomov, ki zamenjujejo atome Fe, na fizikalne lastnosti jekla.
