We investigated the microstructure and the microchemistry using light and scanning electron microscopy in order to determine the segregation on the macro and micro scales, depending on the cooling rate of the synthesized model alloy. Theoretical thermodynamic and kinetic analyses of the model alloy were also performed</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Pripravili smo vzorce modelne zlitine Al-w(Cu) 4,5 % s kontrolirano mikrostrukturo, doseženo pri različnih hitrostih ohlajanja. Študirali smo mikrostrukturo in mikrokemijo s svetlobnim (LM) in vrstičnim elektronskim mikroskopom (FE SEM) ter uporabili analizni metodi EDS in AES za določitev obsega izcejanja na makro- in mikronivoju v odvisnosti od hitrosti ohlajanja.
