The purpose of the study is to determine the coachesć leadership styles and to identify differences between the coaches of different ages and with different employment status. The study included 228 coaches; 90.8% men and 9.2% women. Most respondents are in the age group from 31 to 40 years, followed by the group from 41 to 50 years. We found that the most common leadership style among the coaches is high taskfocused and high people-oriented. The results of the quantitative survey showed that differences in leadership style between the coaches of different ages do not exist, but there are differences between the coaches with different employment status and their leadership style. Among active coaches, high task-focused and low people-oriented leadership style is more often used than among trainees, inactive, and unemployed coaches</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Članek obravnava slovenske trenerje ekipnih športov ter njihove stile vodenja. Med aktivnimi trenerji jih več uporablja tip vodenja velike usmerjenosti na naloge in nizke usmerjenosti na osebe kot šolajoči, neaktivni in brezposelni trenerji</dc:description><edm:type>TEXT</edm:type><dc:type xml:lang="sl">znanstveno časopisje</dc:type><dc:type xml:lang="en">journals</dc:type><dc:type rdf:resource="http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q361785" /></edm:ProvidedCHO><ore:Aggregation rdf:about="http://www.dlib.si/?URN=URN:NBN:SI:DOC-C8GVFESY"><edm:aggregatedCHO rdf:resource="URN:NBN:SI:DOC-C8GVFESY" /><edm:isShownBy rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/stream/URN:NBN:SI:DOC-C8GVFESY/22faf2dd-8ccb-415b-a2f4-83da69092362/PDF" /><edm:rights rdf:resource="http://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/" /><edm:provider>Slovenian National E-content Aggregator</edm:provider><edm:intermediateProvider xml:lang="en">National and University Library of Slovenia</edm:intermediateProvider><edm:dataProvider xml:lang="sl">Univerza v Ljubljani, Fakulteta za šport</edm:dataProvider><edm:object rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/streamdb/URN:NBN:SI:DOC-C8GVFESY/maxi/edm" /><edm:isShownAt rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/details/URN:NBN:SI:DOC-C8GVFESY" /></ore:Aggregation></rdf:RDF>
