Final Conference presents the outcomes of the Erasmus+ project Fostering Financial Literacy and Career Readiness through Gamification in Vocational Education (2023–2025). Coordinated by the Development and Education Centre Novo mesto (Slovenia) with partners from Cyprus, the Netherlands, and Italy, the project addressed the growing need for financial competencies and career preparedness among vocational education and training (VET) students, particularly those from vulnerable groups. The publication includes conceptual foundations, tools, and practical experiences shared during the online final conference (10 June 2025). Contributions cover the design of a financial competence framework, the development of a gamified e-learning platform and a serious game, and the creation of a practical toolkit for educators.
