The article presents key theoretical explanations and adopted legal provisions and standards in the employment field, the results of a national employers' awareness campaign and results of a pilot survey among male and female graduates of the Faculty of Social Sciences. The aim is to ascertain whether, in their opinion, the purpose of the mechanism of a non-discriminatory job announcement marked with ćM/Wć, a so-called protective measure to ensure equal treatment that is determined in the Employment Relationship Act, is being achieved</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Prispevek problematizira neenako obravnavo spolov pri zaposlovanju, in sicer z vidika neenakih možnosti in diskriminacije žensk pri zasedbi prostega delovnega mesta. Predstavljeni so ključne teoretične razlage in zakonodajna ureditev omenjenega področja, rezultati nacionalne akcije ozaveščanja delodajalcev ter rezultati pilotne raziskave med diplomanti in diplomantkami Fakultete za družbene vede v Ljubljani.
