In it, the temperatures are higher, not only the minimum but also the average temperatures. The ratio of the minimum, maximum and average temperatures within the inversion cell is presented the best with the five stations located between 0 and 165 m of relative height on the cross-section of the Mura valleyPribližno sto meteoroloških postaj, razvrščenih na dnu reliefnih depresij in na vzpetinah, dokazuje, da je nad dnom dolin, kotlin in kraških kotanj povsod v Sloveniji, razen ob neposredni obali morja, razvit termalni pas do približno 160-220 m r.v., v visokogorskih Alpah pa še višje. V njem so ne le minimalne, ampak tudi povprečne temperature višje.
