In our study we evaluated the arrangement of forests and riparian trees in the selected area along Kokra River from Preddvor to Kranj. We described forest types and tree species, forest functions and characteristics of the present management, recent changes of land use and pressures to the riparian space. V raziskavi smo ovrednotili razmestitev gozdov in obvodne drevnine v izbranem predelu ob reki Kokri od Preddvora do Kranja. Opisali smo vrste gozdov in dreves, funkcije gozdov in značilnosti sedanjega gospodarjenja, novejše spremembe rabe tal in pritiske na obvodni prostor.
