In the Republic of Kazakhstan, the trend of convergence of gender and social roles leads to the lessening of the gap between female and male crime.To address the growing numbers of female crime in Kazakhstan, measures are being taken to humanize criminal legislation. However, the official statistics of the Prosecutor General's Office show that along with a decrease in the number of women's criminal cases, there is an increase in administrative offenses committed by women.
