Si les langues de spécialité ne disposent pas d'un terme spécifique, elles trouvent la solution dans le vocabulaire général auquel elles empruntent des mots comprenant de nombreuses acceptions. L'une d'elles sera précisée d'apres les besoins du domaine en question. Dans le présent article, nous rendons compte de l'interpénétration existant entre le vocabulaire du droit pénal français (issu de Code de procédure pénale et de Vocabulaire juridique), le vocabulaire général et d'autres vocabulaires de spécialité. Les approches contemporaines de la terminologie qui prennent en considération les dimensions discursive, sociale, cognitive et culturelle permettent d'aborder le terme avec plus de flexibilité et de ne pas le considérer comme une simple étiquette destinée a classer les connaissances. Les migrations qui s'effectuent entre vocabulaire général et vocabulaires de spécialité, connues sous les noms de terminologisation et déterminologisation,s'accompagnent des modifications sémantiques. En fonction du contexte et du domaine spécialisé, un mot peut avoir des acceptions différentes. A titre d'exemple, le mot blanchiment ne renverra pas a la meme notion pour un agent qui lutte contre la criminalité financiere, un horticulteur, un cuisinier, un photographe ou un dentiste. Nous nous proposons de vérifier a quel point la polysémie externe est un phénomene répandu. Notre objectif est d'explorer ces transferts sémantiques, c'est-a-dire les diverses facettes d'un terme"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Polisemija je pomembno sredstvo jezikovne gospodarnosti. Če strokovni jezik nima na voljo določenega termina, najde rešitev v splošnem besedju, iz katerega si izposodi večpomenske besede. Eden izmed pomenov dane besede se na neki točki nadalje specializira glede na potrebe posamezne stroke. V prispevku osvetljujemo medsebojne povezave med besedjem francoskega kazenskega prava (kot vira služita Kodeks kazenskega postopka /Code de procédure pénale/ in Pravni slovar /Vocabulaire juridique/), splošni slovar in razni specializirani slovarji. Sodobni terminološki pristopi, ki upoštevajo diskurzno, družbeno, kognitivno in kulturno dimenzijo, omogočajo, da se dani termin obravnava z več prožnosti in ne zgolj kot etiketa za klasificiranje naše vednosti. Izmenjave med splošnim in specializiranim besediščem, znane kot terminologizacija in determinologizacija, spremljajo pomenske spremembe. Glede na svojo vlogo v sobesedilu in znotraj konkretnega strokovnega področja ima dana beseda lahko različne pomene. Tako npr. beseda blanchiment ne označuje istih pojmov za nekoga, ki se bori proti finančnemu kriminalu, kot za vrtnarja, kuharja, fotografa ali zobozdravnika.
