Research is focused on micro-structural and morphological analyses of the metal powders and subsequent chemical, micro-structural and mechanical characterizations of the DMLS products, with the aim to find the proper surface finishing and coatings to improve the thermal and wear characteristics of the laser sintered productsV prispevku so prikazane značilnosti neposrednega laserskega postopka sintranja (NLPS) in nekatere praktične uporabe v slovenskem orodjarstvu.
