Across the entire business sector and the construction industry this effect is the greatest for the tax on energy used, as well as for the taxes and charges on pollution and the use of natural resources. An increase for 1% in taxes on transport yields a 0.5% reduction in emissions of CO2, and an increase in energy taxes of 1% after one year yields a 0.13% decline in emissions of CO2. When a technological and economic opportunity adapt to changed environmental tax rates, as is the case for the landfill tax, increased tax rates leads to sharp pollution reduction and thus have a limited fiscal effect"},"edm:type":"TEXT","dc:type":[{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"znanstveno časopisje"},{"@xml:lang":"en","#text":"journals"},{"@rdf:resource":"http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q361785"}]},"ore:Aggregation":{"@rdf:about":"http://www.dlib.si/?URN=URN:NBN:SI:DOC-3QM69TH6","edm:aggregatedCHO":{"@rdf:resource":"URN:NBN:SI:DOC-3QM69TH6"},"edm:isShownBy":{"@rdf:resource":"http://www.dlib.si/stream/URN:NBN:SI:DOC-3QM69TH6/ccd0a1e0-ba6c-42a0-a478-76f03bc90c92/PDF"},"edm:rights":{"@rdf:resource":"http://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/"},"edm:provider":"Slovenian National E-content Aggregator","edm:intermediateProvider":{"@xml:lang":"en","#text":"National and University Library of Slovenia"},"edm:dataProvider":{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Univerza v Ljubljani, Fakulteta za družbene vede"},"edm:object":{"@rdf:resource":"http://www.dlib.si/streamdb/URN:NBN:SI:DOC-3QM69TH6/maxi/edm"},"edm:isShownAt":{"@rdf:resource":"http://www.dlib.si/details/URN:NBN:SI:DOC-3QM69TH6"}}}}
