The empirical research was carried on the sample of 171 undergraduate and master students at Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Ljubljana. The collected data with semi-structured questionnaire included studentsć self-evaluation of their lifestyle across different areas. Data analysis was made with SPSS, based on bivariate statistics analysis. Respondents' health and care for them were self-evaluated as very good (Mean=4.84). Daily vegetable consumption (Mean=4.19), fruit consumption (Mean=4.02), and regular physical activity, at least 30 minutes per day, mostly in non-organised forms (Mean=3.03), described the lifestyle of students. The data shows us the comparability of similar studies that have been carried out in Slovenia. The conclusions are useful for narrower and wider professional public"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Namen raziskave je bil proučiti prehranske in gibalne navade, ukvarjanje s športom, uživanje alkohola in tobaka, duševno počutje in razloge za spremembo življenjskega sloga pri študentih. Empirična raziskava je bila izvedena na vzorcu 171 študentov študijskih programov prve in druge stopnje na Fakulteti za družbene vede Univerze v Ljubljani. Podatki, pridobljeni s strukturiranim vprašalnikom, ki je vključeval samooceno študentov na različnih področjih življenjskega sloga, so bili analizirani v statističnim programu SPSS 20.0 z bivariatno statistiko. Anketirani študenti v povprečju ocenjujejo svoje zdravje in skrb zanj kot zelo dobro (Povp = 4,84), izkazujejo redno uživanje zelenjave (Povp = 4,19) in sadja (Povp = 4,02) ter redno gibalno udejstvovanje vsaj 30 minut na dan, pogosteje v neorganizirani obliki (Povp = 3,03).
