With the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, all teaching and learning activities shifted to distance learning, posing a major challenge for university professors and students. This study aimed to investigate their attitudes during the pandemic and provide insights for potential future occurrences. The research included 992 university students and 179 professors, where two research hypotheses were formulated. The results reveal that professors generally ex-pressed positive attitudes toward distance teaching, while students tended to disagree. This suggests that both professors and students need clearer communication about the obligations and needs of distance teaching. Based on these findings, we recommend that university teachers reconsider their didactic approaches and methods, adapt them to the new normal, and develop strategies for distance teaching in case of another pandemic or school closure"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"V raziskavi smo se osredotočili na stališča slovenskih univerzitetnih predavateljev in študentov do študija na daljavo in njegovih didaktičnih perspektiv. Z izbruhom pandemije COVID-19 so se vse pe-dagoške dejavnosti iz fizičnih učilnic preusmerile na splet, kar je bil velik izziv tako za univerzitetne predavatelje kot za študente. Namen naše raziskave je bil raziskati odnos predavateljev in študentov do spletnih predavanj med trajanjem pandemije COVID-19. Rezultati raziskave naj bi predavateljem in študentom ponudili rešitve in predloge v primeru, da bi se takšna situacija ponovno pojavila. Razi-skovalni vzorec sestoji iz 992 univerzitetnih študentov in 179 univerzitetnih predavateljev. Postavljeni sta bile dve raziskovalni hipotezi. Rezultati kažejo, da predavatelji večinoma soglašajo s trditvami, kar pomeni, da imajo večinoma pozitiven odnos do predavanj po spletu. Nasprotno pa študenti s trditvami večinoma ne soglašajo. Kaže, da bi bilo potrebno natančneje pojasniti obveznosti, ki jih imajo preda-vatelji pri študiju po spletu, ter obveznosti in potrebe, ki jih imajo študenti.
