The suspension must contain a high percentage of solids, yet still exhibit satisfactory rheological properties under injection-moulding conditions. However despite their low viscosity the injected parts should survive handling and thermal removal of a binder without deformation. To a large extent the properties of the suspension for LPIM can be tailored by using suitable powders and surfactants. The paper describes the results of a study on the rheological properties of alumina-paraffin suspensions with different surface agents. The effect of the particle size distribution and surface-active agents are shown and discussed"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Reološke lastnosti parafinskih suspenzij za oblikovanje keramike z nizkotlačnim brizganjem so bistvenega pomena za procesne parametre pri brizganju, kot tudi za kvaliteto sintranih keramičnih izdelkov. Suspenzija mora imeti po eni strani dovolj majhno viskoznost, ki omogoča brizganje pri nizkem tlaku, po drugi pa morajo brizgani izdelki med tremično ekstrakcijo, kipoteka pri temperaturah nad tališčem parafina, zadržati obliko. Njene lastnosti so v veliki meri odvisne od vsebnosti suhe snovi, sestave prahu, površinsko aktivnih dodatkov in homogenosti. V neki meri je mogoče lastnosti suspenzije prilagoditi zahtevam, vendar je pri tem nujno poznanje zvez med posameznimi parametri. V delu poročamo o rezultatih študidja reoloških lastnosti suspenzije aluminijevega oskida v parafinu z raličnimi dodatki površinsko aktivnih snovi.
