LEGAL RECOGNITION OF ESTABLISHMENT OF THE PARISH ..BEATA VERGINE DEL ROSARIO“ IN TRIESTE
WHEREAS Mans. Dott. Antonio SAN TIN, Bishop of Trieste and' Capodistria, has submitted an application for the legal recognition of his decree dated I March 1948 by which the new Parish „Beata Vergine del Rosario“ in Trieste was canonically established, and
WHEREAS there is no objection against the granting of said application,
NOW, THEREFORE, I, RIDGE BY GAITHER, Brigadier General, U.S. Army, Director General, Civil Affairs,
ORDER:
1.	-— The decree of the Bishop of Trieste and Capodistria, dated 1 March 1948, relating to the establishment of the Parish „Beata Vergine del Rosario“ in Trieste is herewith given temporary legal recognition.
2.	— This Order shall come into force on the day it is signed by me.

APPOINTMENT OF DR. NICOLO’ NARDI AS PRIMO PRETORE DIRIGENTE OF THE PRETURA OF TRIESTE
WHEREAS by Decree of the First President of the Court of Appeal, dated 4 January 1949, the First Pretore Dr. Fabio F ABI has been assigned, with his consent, to the Court of Appeal of Trieste with the functions of Councillor, for an undetermined period, and
WHEREAS it is necessary to appoint a new Primo Pretore Dirigente,
NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOHN L. KEEFE, Lt. Col. Inf. U.S. Army, Executive Director to RIDGELY GAITHER, Brigadier General, U. S. Army, Director General, Civil Affairs,
O	R D E R :
1.	With effect from 5 January 1949, Dr. Nicolo’ NARDI i?, with his consent, temporarily vested with the functions of Primo Pretore Dirigente of the Pretura of Trieste.
2.	This Order shall take effect on the date it is signed by me.

WHEREAS, owing tc the reorganization of the Organic Plan of the Judiciary - providei for by Order No. 401, dated 14 December 1948 - it is necessary to appoint the Deputy State Attorney (Procuratore di Stato Aggiunto) at the Procura of Trieste,
