ZA IZPOSOJEVALNIM PULTOM KNJIŽNICE Andreja Pleničar, Knjižnica Mirana Jarca, Novo mesto UDK 024.6(497.12 Novo mesto) Povzetek Avtorica najprej pokaže lokacijo knjižnice v urbani strukturi mesta in prikaže notranjo ureditev. Jedro raziskovalnega projekta je študija osebja: migracije, menjave zaposlitve, menjave delovnih mest znotraj knjižnice, organizacijska struktura. Ukvarja se sproblematiko identitete ustanove in uslužbencev. Avtorica sklene, da obstaja visoka stopnja povezave med identifikacijo z ustanovo in poklicno identiteto. Uvedbo identifikacijskih priponk doživljajo knjižničarji izpo­ sojevalci kot notranji konflikt med identifikacijo z ustanovo in individualno identiteto. The core of the research project represents the personnel study comprising migrations, job changes, position changes and organ­ izational structure. She deals with the corporate identity and the one of the employees and comes to the conclusion that there is strong correlation between the identification of the employees w ith the institution and professional identity. For circulation officers the introduction of badges represents intimate conflict betwen personal identity and their »identification with the library.
