AMENDMENT TO ORDER No. 104
COORDINATING BODY FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ZAULE INDUSTRIAL PORT
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to extend the time limit for the first assembling of the Board of Directors of the Coordinating Body for the Development of the Zaule Industrial Port, as established by Article VI, Section 1 (a) of Order No. 104 of 12 May ig4g,
NOW, THEREFORE, I, RIDGELY GAITHER, Brigadier General, U. S. Army, Director General, Civil Affairs,
ORDER:
.	-	ARTICLE I
Section 1, para (a) of Article VI of Order No. 104 of 12 May 1949 is hereby*cancelled and substituted by the following :
„ARTICLE VI
„MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
„Section 1. — (a) The Board of Directors shall assemble and hold its first meeting within 21 days from the date of publication of the Administrative Order appointing the President of the „Ente“.,,
ARTICLE II
This Order shall become effective on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

Order No. 120
CESSATION OF THE EFFICACY OF LAW 7 APRIL 1941, No. 266,
AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable and necessary to provide for the cessation of the efficacy of the provisions contained in law 7 April 1941, No. 266 and subsequent amendments thereto, concerning the economic treatment of the crews of ships captured by the enemy or lost or ' sheltered in foreign ports or in those of Italian East Africa as a consequence of the war, within that Zone of the Free Territory of Trieste administered by the British-United States Forces,
NOW, THEREFORE, I, RIDGELY GAITHER, Brigadier General U. S. Army, Director General, Civil Affairs,
ORDER:
ARTICLE I
The provisions contained in law 7 April 1941, No. 266 and in the relative Regulations approved by R. D. 22 May 1942, No. 880, and subsequent amendments thereto, shall cease to be operative in respect of seamen not yet repatriated on the effective date of this Order.
ARTICLE II
The Department of Social Assistance of Allied Military Government shall authorize payment of the allowances provided by law 7 April 1941, No. 266, to the seamen proving that their non-repatriation was due to reasons not chargeable against them.
ARTICLE III
This Order shall become effective on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

#	WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to appoint the President of the „Ente del Porto Indu-
striale di Zaule“, as set forth by Article III, Section 1 (a) of Order No. 104 of 12 May 1949,

AUTHORITY FOR THE ADDITION OF A SURNAME
WHEREAS Miss Hedda Luigia SABIDUSSI, born at Trieste on 27.12.1921, resident at Trieste via Pallini 7, has complied with the law provisions required to obtain the addition of „LE-NARDON“ to her surname „SABIDUSSI“ according to the authority granted to her by Director of Legal Affairs on 23 October 1948, and
WHEREAS said person has now made application in order that the requested addition of surname be effected, and
WHEREAS the provisions of Titolo Vili chapter I of R.D. No. 1328 of July 9, 1939 on the Rules and Regulations of the Civil Status have been complied with and no objections having been raised,
NOW, THEREFORE, I, VONNA F. BURGER, Colonel F. A., Executive Director to Director General, Civil Affairs,
ORDER:
1.	The surname „LENARDON“ is hereby added to that of the interested person Hedda Luigia SABIDUSSI.
2.	— The applicant will provide for the inscription of this Order in the proper register of births and the annotation at foot of the deed itself, according to the existing Law.
3.	— This Order shall take effect on the date it is signed by me.

RESUMPTION OF CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDINGS (ORDER No. 117 DATED 25 MAY 1949)
In accordance with Art. XII of Order No. 117 dated 25 May 1949 the Department of Public Services gives notice that :
T.	— Requests in accordance with Art. XI, Section 1) of the a/m Order must be accompanied by :
A.	For Public Bodies.
a)	Request for funds, number of apartments required ; number of rooms and accessories required for each and every apartment.
b)	Financing plan as per Art. V, Section 1) of Order No. 117 and information concerning the financing organization.
c)	Priority list of requests as per Section 2) of the above mentioned Article.
B.	For Cooperatives.
a)	Request for funds, number of apartments required; number of rooms and accessories required lor each and every apartment.
b)	Financing plan as per Art. V, Section 1) of Order No. 117 and information concerning the financing organization.
c)	Priority list of members as in Art. 96 of the Consolidated Text of 28 April 1938, No. 1165.
d)	Notary act on constitution of the Cooperative.
2. — Public Bodies and Cooperatives will be informed in writing as to the contribution assigned by Allied Military Government as well as the date by which the executive projects for the houses must be submitted.
3.	— Requests should be presented to the Department of Public Services by 30 June
1949.
