Zakon m ora biti prožen, da bo omogočal prilagajanje posam eznih rešitev. Prispevek obravnava tudi tiste sestavine vodenja in upravljanja splošnoizobra­ ževalnih knjižnic, ki niso predm et zakona, so pa del svetovnih knjižnično infor­ macijskih gibanj. UDC 027. 022(497. 12)(094.5):025 Summary The new Slovenian Act on Library Inform ation Services will soon be passed. It will com ply with the dem ands of postindustrial and inform ation society. The Act should be a flexible one as to allow the adjustm ent of particular solutions. The contribution deals w ith som e elem ents of library adm inistration and m anagem ent not considered by the Act, nevertheless they are part of the global dem ocratic library inform ation m ovem ent.
