Širša izhodišča KIS v SFRJ izhajajo iz osnovnih načel razvoja svetovnega sistem a znanstvenih informacij — UNISIST. G radnja integriranega informacijske­ ga sistem a za graditeljstvo kot podsistema KIS mora izhajati iz enotne konccpcijc razvoja poslovnega informacijskega sistema. Temeljila naj bi na sodobnih organi­ zacijskih oblikah in m etodah dela, podprtih s sredstvi informatike. Opisan je pri­ stop k organizaciji baze faktografskega tipa, ki bo združevala poslovne podatke v integriran informacijski sistem za potrebe poslovnih in upravljalskih odločitev. G eneral standpoints of the Yugoslav library information system derive from the basic principles of the UNI­ SIST. A rrangem ent of an integrated information system of building as a part of the library inform ation system should be derived from a uniform concept of deve­ loping the business information system. It should be based upon contemporary or­ ganizational forms and methods of work supported by the informatics media. Des­ cribed is the approach to the organization of a factographic basis joining the bu­ siness data into an integrated information system which will meet the needs ot bu­ siness and adm inistrative decision-making.
