217 ŠTUDIJE UPORABNIKOV ŠOLSKIH KNJIŽNIC Zdenka Verlič Oddano: 17.09.02 – Sprejeto: 28.10.02 Strokovni članek UDK 027.7/.8 : 028.8 : 001.891(497.4) Izvleček V članku so predstavljeni rezultati analize odgovorov šolskih knjižničarjev in knjižničark slovenskih osnovnih in srednjih šol na anketni vprašalnik. Namen raziskave je bil ugotoviti, ali v naših šolskih knjižnicah poteka študij uporabnikov šolskih knjižnic. Potrdile so se domneve, da so več študij opravili zaposleni v šolskih knjižnicah z zak- ljučeno ustrezno, tj. bibliotekarsko univerzitetno izobrazbo in tudi tisti, ki se redno dodatno izpopolnjujejo na bibliotekarskem področju. Kot pomemben dejavnik se je pokazala tudi vključenost šolskega knjižničarja v strokovno bibliotekarsko društvo. The purpose of the study was to determine if library user studies were being performed in our school libraries. It was confirmed that more studies had been conducted by school librarians with a complet- ed higher level of education, by librarians with adequate (library and information sciences) education and also by the librarians participating in life-long learning in their professional field than by other librarians. An important factor influencing increased user studies was also librarians’ membership in the Slovene librarian professional organization.
