APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS OF THE SPECIAL SECTION COMPETENT TO MAKE DECISIONS, IN THE FIRST INSTANCE, ON QUESTIONS OF LAW RELATING TO TAXES ON
TRANSFERS OF PROPERTY
WHEREAS the term of appointment of the Zone Commission’s Special Section competent to make decisions, in the first instance, on questions of law relating to taxes on transfers of property, set up by Administrative Order No. 14, dated 30 March 1949, has expired on 31 December 1952 and it is therefore necessary to provide for the appointment of the members of the new Commission for the four-year period 1953-1956,
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SIR JOHN WINTERTON, KCMG, CB, CBE, Major General, Zone Commander,
ORDER:
1.	— With effect from 1 January 1953 and for the duration of the four-year period 1953-1956, the Special Section competent to make decisions, in the first instance, on questions of law relating to taxes on transfers of property shall be composed as follows :

AUTHORITY TO CHANGE THE SURNAME
WHEREAS the married couple CRASSO Francesco of the late Francesco, born at Trieste on 2 September 1903 and CRASSO Francesca of the late Luigi Ostruslca, born at Hoi Grande on 2 November 1899, both residing at Trieste, Via della Guardia 52, have complied with the law formalities required to obtain the change surname of their affiliated minor son Nicola Teodoro CU-SIMANO CRASSO, of the late Rosa Cusimano, born at Trieste on 9 November 1936, into that of „CRASSO“ according to the authority granted to them by the Director of Legal Affairs on 17 February 1953, and
WHEREAS said persons have now made application in order that the requested change of surname be effected,
WHEREAS the provisions of Title VIII, Chapter I of R. D. 1238 of July 9, 1939 on the Rules and Regulations of the Civil Status have been complied with and no objections have been raised,
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SIR JOHN WINTERTON, KCMG, CB, CBE, Major General, Zone Commander,
ORDER:
1.	— The surname of the minor Nicola Teodoro CUSIMANO CRASSO is hereby changed into that of „CRASSO“.
2. — The applicants will provide for the inscription of this Order in the proper register of births and the annotation at the foot of the deed itself, according to the existing Law.
3.	— This Order shall become effective on the date it is signed by me.

APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS OF THE ZONE COMMISSION FOR TAXES
WHEREAS the term of appointment of the Zone Commission for Taxes, constituted by Administrative Order No. 14, dated 30 March 1949, expired on 31 December 1952 and it is therefore necessary to provide for the appointment of the members of the new Commission for the four-year period 1953 - 1956,
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SIR JOHN WINTERTON, KCMG, CB, CBE, Major General, Zone Commander,

1- — With effect from 1 January 1953 and for the duration of the four-year period 1953-

AUTHORITY TO CHANGE THE SURNAME
WHEREAS Mrs. Eleonora ZAR of Giovanni and of the late Rusich Oliva, widow of ROSA Francesco, born at Pola on 16 July 1895 and Mr. Bruno ROSA of the late Francesco and of Eleonora ZAR, born at Trieste on 23 April 1923, both residing at Trieste, Via F. Venezian 7, have complied with the law formalities required to obtain the change of their present surname into that of „ROSE11, and the former has already requested that the change be valid also in respect of her minor affiliated ROSA Priamo, born at Trieste on 6 Oct. 1933, according to the authority granted to them by the Director of Legal Affairs on 12 March 1953, and
WHEREAS said persons have now made application in order that the requested change of- surname be effected,
