The path around the world is a path we walk from birth onwards. The countries that the main character visits in the story are different periods of our lives. The experiences in these stories show our perception of life in a humorous way. For example, the land of the giants is the period when we are babies or small children and everything around us is huge and upside down when viewed from the stroller. In each country, we also learn a new Spanish word.

Read all the stories and find out for yourself in which period of your trip each country is. I wish you lots of fun reading and don’t forget to learn all the Spanish words.

SUDDENLY I SEE A BEAUTIFUL, MOST

BEAUTIFUL DOOR IN FRONT OF ME.

GOLDEN DOOR, ILLUMINATED BY THE

WARM SUN AND SURROUNDED BY

COUNTLESS MULTI-COLORED FLOWERS.



"OUCH, OUCH, OUCH," I SAY TO MYSELF, BUT WHAT IS THIS? I HAVE NEVER

SEEN ANYTHING MORE BEAUTIFUL.

SOFT LAUGHTER AND SCREAMS CAN

BE HEARD FROM BEHIND THE DOOR.

MY HEART SKIPS A BEAT. WHAT IS

IT? WHO IS THERE BEHIND THE

DOOR? I APPROACH THE DOOR

SLOWLY AND CAREFULLY. WHEN I'M

CLOSE ENOUGH, THE DOOR OPENS AND

THE SUN SHINES DOWN ON ME. WARM, BRIGHT SUN.

WHEN THE DOOR CLOSES BEHIND ME, I SEE A BEAUTIFUL LANDSCAPE FULL OF

COLORFUL SNAIL HOUSES. ONE MORE

BEAUTIFUL THAN THE OTHER, AND

ALL BIG ENOUGH THAT I COULD

ALMOST CLIMB INTO THEM MYSELF.

THE VOICES I HEARD BEFORE FELL

SILENT AND IT SEEMED TO ME THAT

ALL THE SNAILS WERE HIDING IN THE

HOUSES. THAT'S WHY I CAREFULLY

APPROACHED THE NEAREST ONE.

NOT ONLY IS IT BEAUTIFUL AND THE

BEAUTIFUL BLUE ALSO FADES INTO

TURQUOISE AND SILVER, IT SMELLS SO

GOOD TOO. A VERY SMALL HEAD

SLOWLY LOOKS OUT OF THE HOUSE. IT'S

NOT A SNAIL, IT'S A BABY! BABIES, BOYS AND GIRLS, WHITE AND BLACK, YELLOW AND PINK CLIMBED OUT OF

THE HOUSES.





HOWEVER, AMONG ALL THESE

BEAUTIFUL BABIES, ONLY ONE WAS

RIGHT FOR ME. SOON, I CAME BACK

FOR ANOTHER ONE. BECAUSE I HAD A LOT TO DO WITH TWO BABIES, I PUT

MY TRAVELS AROUND THE WORLD

ASIDE FOR A WHILE. AND MY

ADVENTURE WILL SOON CONTINUE.

BUT WHERE WILL MY PATH TAKE ME

THEN?

WELL DONE, YOU HAVE READ

ALL THE WORLD TRAVEL

TALES. NOW THERE ARE NEW
