DECLARATION OF PUBLIC UTILITY AND OF URGENT AND UNDELAYABLE NECESSITY OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF A RAILWAY-LINE TRIESTE CAMPO MARZIO — AQUILINIA
WHEREAS the construction of a railway-line Trieste Campo Marzio - Aquilinia is deemed to he of public utility and of urgent and undelayable necessity,
NOW, THEREFORE, I, CLYDE D. EDDLEMAN, Brigadier General, XJ. S. Army, Director General, Civil Affairs,
ORDER:
ARTICLE I
Tho works for the construction of a railway-line Trieste Campo Marzio - Aquilinia as delineated in the project of the Provisional Railway Administration (Amministrazione Provvi-soria delle Ferrovie), are hereby declared to be of public utility and of urgent and undelayable necessity in accordance with and to the effects of the Law 25 June 1865, No. 2359, as amended by the Law 18 December 1879, No. 5188, and of the Law 7 July 1907, No. 429, as amended by the Law 7 April 1921, No. 368 and by R. D. 24 September 1923, No. 2119.
ARTICLE 11
The plan of the project of the Provisional Railway Administration is made part of this Order, and marked „Annex A“. It shall be deposited at the Office of the ' rovisional Railway Administration, where it may be freely inspected by all persons interested.
ARTICLE III
This Order shall come into effect on the dato of its publication in tho Official Gazette.

AUTHORITY TO CHANGE THE SURNAME
WHEREAS Miss Wanda CAGARELLI born at Genova on 18.7.1917 and resident at Trieste, Via Belpoggio 7 and Mr. Gualtiero CAGARELLI born at Genova on 28.6.1925 and resident at Trieste, Via Belpoggio 7, have complied with the Law formalities required to obtain the change of their surname into that of GA RELLI according to the authority granted to them by Director of Legal Affairs on 15 June 1949, and
WHEREAS said persons have now made application in order that the requested change of surname be effected, and
WHEREAS the provisions of Titolo VIII chapter l of R. D. No. 1328 of July 9, 1939 on the Rules and Regulations of the Civil Status have been complied with and no objections having been raised,

APPOINTMENT OF THE NEW CUSTODIAN OF NOTARIAL ARCHIVES OF TRIESTE
WHEREAS the temporary Custodian of the Notarial Archives of Trieste, appointed by Administrative Order No. 45 dated 12 January 1948, is resigning his appointment, and
WHEREAS it is necessary to appoint a new temporary Custodian,
NOW, THEREFORE, I, VONNA F. BURGER, Colonel F. A., Executive Director to Director General, Civil Affairs,
ORDER:
1.	— Administrative Order No. 45, dated 12 January 1948 ceased to have effect and Dr. Guido BAISSERO is relieved of his responsibilities with effect from 1 October 1949.
2.	— Notary Giulio PAOLINA is hereby temporary charged with the functions of Custodian of Notarial Archives of Trieste with effect from 1 October 1949.
