POMEN KADROV ZA USPEŠNO DELOVANJE ŠOLSKE KNJIŽNICE Jadranka Matič-Zupančič, Knjižnica Mirana Jarca, Novo mesto UDK 023-057 : 027.7/.8 Povzetek Članek daje vpogled v posnetek dejanskega stanja delovanja osnovnošolskih in srednješolskih knjižnic na območju občin Novo mesto, Šenternej in Škocjan. Temelji na primerjavi dejanskega stanja šolskih knjižnic s standardi in normativi za šolske knjižnice. V ta namen je bilo anketiranih 16 osnovnošolskih in 5 srednješolskih knjižnic.Jedro članka predstavlja analiza ankete in ugotavljanje doseganja standardov, s pou- darkom na normativu za kadre, ker je od števila in strokovnosti kadrov v veliki meri odvisna tudi realizacija drugih standardov za šolske knjižnice. UDC 023-057 : 027.7/.8 Summary The article presents an insight into the survey of the performance of elementary and high school libraries on the territory of the municipalities of Novo mesto, Šentjernej and Škocjan, starting from the comparison betvveen the actual state of school libraries with standards and norms for school libraries. For this purpose, questionnaires were applied to 16 elementary and 5 high-school libraries. The central part of the article is the analysis of the questionnaires and the assessment of standards vvhereupon norms for human resources are stressed; the realization of other standards for school libraries largely depends upon the number and expertise of the employees.
