ARTICLE III For the purpose of fixing the fees, foreign currency shall be converted into Italian lire at the official customs rate of exchange in force on the day on which the survey of the goods has been made. ARTICLE IV Experts required to do duty away from their established place of work („sede“) shall be entitled in addition to the fees set forth in Article I hereof, to the travelling fees („tratta-mento economico di missione“) established by existing legislation.'The travelling indemnity shall correspond to that due to officials of grade VII if the expert does not belong to State Administrations, and to that due to his own grade if the expert belongs to the State Administration. L. 3 JUNE 1943, No. 452, RELATING TO TRANSFERS OF GOODS THROUGH THE MEDIUM OF „AUSILIARI DEL COMMERCIO“ WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend art. 14 of D. L. 3 June 1943, No. 452, relating to transfers of goods through „ausiliari del commercio“ (business intermediaries), in that part of the Free Territory of 'Trieste administered by the British-United States Forces, NOW, THEREFORE, I, SIR JOHN WINTERTON, KCMO, CB, CBE, Major General, Zone Commander, ORDER: ARTICLE I The provisions of R. D. L. 9 January 1940, No. 2, as converted into Law 19 Junel940, No. 762, and of the Regulations approved by R. D. 26 January 1940, No. 10, shall continue to apply to the transfers of goods referred to in art. 14 of D. L. 3 June 1943, No. 452 and realized before the effective date of this Order. Firms which, as a result of the coming into force of the existing Civil Code, have ceased to keep a letter-book („libro copialettere“) and before the effective date of this Order have handed over „lettere di incarico“ (letters entrusting particular task) to business „ausiliari“ and middlemen shall present such letters, for the purpose of proving the task entrusted, to the Registry Office for the formalities established in art. 14, first paragraph, of the aforesaid D. L. 3 June 1943, No. 452, within the term of sixty days from the effective date of this Order. The presentation of the aforesaid letters to the Registry Office shall not be considered as a case of use and the relative entry in the Register Mod. VI shall not be considered a registration of the documents involved. In order that the transfers of goods referred to in art. 20 of the Regulations approved by the aforesaid R. D. 26 January 1940, No. 10, and realized before the effective date of this Order under observance of all the provisions of said article, may not be liable to taxation, the declaration to the Chamber of Commerce provided for by the provisions in question shall be filed within the term established by the second paragraph hereof. Transfers of goo5s for manufacturing purposes realized in terms of art. 13 of the aforesaid R. D. L. 9 January 1940, No. 2, as converted into Law 19 June 1940, No. 762, before the effective date of this Order, shall not be liable to taxation when, under observance H. R. A partire dalla data prevista all’articolo 2 le percentuali per il calcolo degli scatti di anzianità, che verranno a maturare successivamente a tale data, saranno le seguenti : 3% allo scadere del primo e del secondo biennio, 4% allo scadere del terzo, quarto, quinto e sesto biennio. Tali percentuali saranno conteggiate tanto sullo stipendio in tabella che sull’ indennità di contingenza in atto al momento della maturazione dello scatto stesso. Per quello che concerne gli importi degli scatti già maturati alla data sopracitata, questi saranno sostituiti dall’ importo risultante dal ricalcolo degli scatti stessi sulla retribuzione globale (stipendio e indennità di contingenza), in atto alla stessa data, prendendo a base le percentuali indicate nel presente articolo. ARTICOLO 5 L’orario normale di lavoro è di otto ore giornaliere e 48 settimanali. E’ ammessa la possibilità per il personale non impiegatizio di essere assunto ad orario ridotto con un massimo di 4 ore giornaliere. In tal caso egli sarà retribuito proporzionalmente ad ora ; con una maggiorazione del 20% sulla retribuzione globale. ARTICOLO 6 Resta confermato che al personale impiegatizio verrà corrisposto alla Vigilia di Natale una 13à mensilità pari ad ima mensilità di stipendio e di indennità di contingenza ; il personale non impiegatizio avrà diritto a percepire una gratifica natalizia pari a 25 giornate di salario e di indennità di contingenza. Nel caso di cessazione o di inizio (.lei rapporto di lavoro nel corso dell’anno, il personale di cui dianzi ha diritto a percepire tanti dodicesimi della 13a mensilità o gratifica natalizia, quanti sono i mesi di servizio prestati, computando come mese intero le frazioni di mese superiori a 15 giorni. ARTICOLO 7 Sarà considerata legittima la richiesta di revisione del presente lodo in data anteriore a quella di cui all’art. 1, solamente nel caso di modificazioni del trattamento economico di analoghe categorie di lavoratori.
