A., Trieste - 1951 ALLIED MILITARY GOVERNMENT British - United States Zone-Free Territory of Trieste Order No. 158 DECLARATION OF PUBLIC UTILITY AND URGENT AND UNDELAYABLE NECESSITY OF THE WORKS NECESSARY FOR THE ENLARGEMENT OF THE „VILLAGGIO DEL FANCIULLO“ WHEREAS the „Associazione Civile Opera Villaggio del Fanciullo“ in Trieste - Villa Opicina has requested that the works necessary for the enlargement of the „ Villaggio del Fanciullo“ be declared to be of public utility, urgent and undelayable, NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOHN L. WHITELAW, Brigadier General ü. S. Army, Director General, Civil Affairs, ORDER: ARTICLE I All works necessary for the enlargement of the „Villaggio del Fanciullo“ in Trieste — Villa Opicina, Via Conconello 16, according to the general plan submitted by the „Associazione Civile Opera Villaggio del Fanciullo“ are hereby declared to be of public utility, urgent and undelayable in accordance with, and to the effects of the Law 25 June 1865, No. 2359, as amended. ARTICLE II The expropriation proceedings and the works shall begin within 90 days from the date of publication of this Order and shall be completed by 31 December 1953. ARTICLE III The general plan mentioned in Article 1 of this Order and the summary report of the works attached to this Order are marked respectively Annex „A“ and Annex ,,B“, and have been deposited at the Department of Legal Affairs, Allied Military Government, where they may be freely inspected by all persons interested. ARTICLE IV Order No. 124 dated 13 July 1951 is hereby repealed. ARTICLE V This Order shall become effective on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. Army Ref. : LD¡Af51llá2 Director General, Civil Affairs Order No. 159 SERVICE OF FAMILY ALLOWANCES FOR DEPENDING PERSONNEL OF RECREATIONAL AND CULTURAL CENTRES ENTRUSTED TO COMMERCIAL, PROFESSIONS AND ARTS SECTOR OF THE „CASSA UNICA DEGLI ASSEGNI FAMILIARI“ WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to include the recreational and cultural centres within the commercial, professions and arts sector of the „Cassa Unica degli assegni familiari“, in that part of the Free Territory of Trieste administered by the British-United States Forces, NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOHN L.. Army Ref. : DLIAI51¡145 Director General, Civil Affairs Order No. 160 ECONOMIC TREATMENT FOR SANITARY OFFICIALS AND COMMUNAL PHYSICIANS („MEDICI CONDOTTI“) REQUESTED TO GIVE THEIR SERVICE FOR THE ASCERTAINMENT OF THE CONSEQUENCES DUE TO OCCUPATIONAL ACCIDENTS AND PROFESSION AL DISEASES WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend article 58 oj ohe Regulations approved by R. D. 25 January 1937, No. 200, for the enforcement of R. D. 17 August 1935, No. 1765, and R. D. 15 December 1936, No. 2276, concerning compulsory workmen’s compensation and professional diseases insurance, in that part of the Free Territory of Trieste administered by the British-United States Forces, NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOHN L. WHITELAW, Brigadier General U. S. Army, Director General, Civil Affairs, ORDER: ARTICLE I Article 58 of the Regulations approved by R. D. 25 January 1937, No. 200, for the enforcement of R. D. 17 August 1935, No. 1765, and R. D. 15 December 1936, No. 2276, concerning compulsory workmen’s compensation and professional diseases insurance, is hereby repealed and substitu'ed by the following: „Sanitary officials and communal physicians („medici condotti“) may not refuse to give „their service, without justified reason, whenever they are requested to ascertain the conse-„quences of occupational accidents and professional diseases. „ The indemnities due to the sanitary officials and the communal physicians shall be the „following : „1) payment of travel expenses in 2nd class on railways, 1st class on tramways and bus-lines, „ and in the amount of 25 lire per kilometer on roads where railways and other transpor-„ tation-lines are not available ; „2) one hundred lire for the first medical certificate to be attached to the declaration in oase „ of accident and one hundred and twenty lire in case of professional disease ; „3) forty lire per each certificate stating the continuation of the total working inability ; how-„ ever, for the same case the expense for the certificates of this kind shall never exceed „ 120 lire, whatever may be their number ; „4) eighty lire for the certificate stating the final result of the accident or professional disease. „ The expenses under sub 1) shall be at the charge of the Insurance Instit ute or of the „employer according as to whether the service of the sanitary official or communal physician „has been requested by the former or the latter.“ ARTICLE II This Order shall become effective on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. FERRUCCIO FRANZIN as Commissioner of the said Office, NOW, THEREFORE, I, VONNA F. BURGER, Colonel ARTY, Executive Director to Director General, Civil Affairs, ORDER: 1.
